This high standing apartment of 110 square meters (1184 square feet) spreads over two floors. This furnished flat has reversible air conditioning and wood and marble flooring. The apartment features an entrance hall, a large living-room with widescreen projection TV and DVD player, a fully-fitted kitchen with washing machine, dishwasher, refrigerator/freezer, hotplates, crockery… On the upper-floor is a bathroom with bath-tub and double basin cabinet. On the lower floor is a second bathroom with shower and toilet. This apartmentt also features three bedrooms: the first bedroom with double bed, the second bedroom with twin beds, television set and Hi-Fi system. The third bedroom with two beds can also be used as a study ( Wi-Fi internet access and desk supplied).
The apartment also benefits from two terraces. The first terrace overlooks the old town district of “Le Suquet” and is ideal for breakfast. The second terrace offers panoramic sea views. It is covered with synthetic grass and planted with trees. Relax and sunbathe on the deckchairs. Enjoy the view while dining outside: there is an outdoor kitchen (with cooking appliances, gas bbq grill, sink…) and a 6 seaters garden furniture set. On the same floor we also rent a duplex flat. A private hall leads to the two flats. Communication between the two flats is easy while private needs are respected.
